Rewards & Loyalty Points
Last updated: pending — draft not yet dated
You'll see "Earn X pts" messaging on product pages and at checkout — here's exactly what that means, in plain terms.
How you earn points
You earn 2 points for every $1 you spend on products. Shipping and tax aren't counted toward points, and the amount is already net of any bulk-order discount you got on that item.
Points are credited to your account once your order is placed and processed. You need to be signed in when you check out for an order to earn points — points can't be credited to a guest order.
How to redeem points
Points are redeemed at checkout. Once you're signed in and have at least 100 points, a "Loyalty Points" section appears on the checkout page with a slider — drag it to apply some or all of your balance as a discount on that order.
The redemption rate is 100 points = $1.00 off, applied in $1 increments.
A few real limits
- You need at least 100 points ($1.00 of value) before the redemption option shows up — smaller balances just keep accumulating toward that.
- You can't redeem more points than would drop an order's total below $1.00 — on smaller orders, the most you can apply is capped so the order still charges at least that much.
- Rewards are tied to your account — an email address with no account, or a guest checkout, has no points balance to earn into or redeem from.
Nothing in our current system expires points or caps how many you can hold — if that changes, we'll update this page.
Check your balance
Your current point balance and full earn/redeem history are always on your Account page, under Loyalty Points.
