PouchPicks is operated by MJAK LLC ("PouchPicks," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company formed in the State of Georgia. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pouchpicks.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

PouchPicks sells nicotine products intended for adults who already use nicotine. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
